A failed CE test, an off-weight dumbbell, or a cracked pet carrier on arrival doesn't just create a return — it creates a compliance liability and a damaged brand relationship with your consumers.
MAViET SUPPLiES operates quality control as a core part of the supply process, not an add-on service. Every order goes through a structured 3-stage inspection programme. QC reports are issued as standard. Non-conforming goods are never shipped without buyer sign-off.

Independent Test Reports — Not Just Our Word
Internal QC is necessary but not sufficient for retail-bound products. Buyers supplying to UK, EU, or major USA retail channels need independent third-party test reports to support their compliance obligations. We coordinate this as standard — not as an extra.
Testing is run through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV Rheinland depending on product category and destination market. Test samples are drawn from production batches, not from specially prepared samples.
CE Declaration of Conformity
Issued before shipment for EU-destined goods. Covers applicable EU directives for fitness equipment and relevant pet product categories. Technical file maintained.
REACH Test Reports
Rubber compounds, surface coatings, and dyes tested for SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) under EU REACH regulation. Updated per production batch on request.
UKCA Documentation
UK Conformity Assessed marking for Great Britain market entry. Coordinated in parallel with CE where products are destined for both markets.
California Prop 65
Chemical testing and warning label compliance for products entering California retail channels. Required for all USA retail buyers selling in CA.

Non-Conformance — What Happens When Inspection Fails
Our value is not that problems never occur — it's that problems are caught, documented, and resolved before they reach you.
Inspection Failure Flagged
Non-conformances are documented in a formal report with photographs, quantity affected, and specific failure description. The factory is notified and goods are placed on hold.
Buyer Notified
You receive the QC report and a recommended course of action — rework, replacement, or conditional acceptance with agreed compensation. The decision is yours.
Corrective Action at Factory
The factory implements corrective action — rework, replacement production, or sorting. Root cause is identified and documented to prevent recurrence on future orders.
Re-Inspection & Release
A fresh pre-shipment inspection is conducted on the corrected goods. Only on a pass result are goods released for loading and shipment. A revised QC report is issued to you.
