AQL Inspections, In-Line QC & Pre-Shipment Release
Retail buyers don't accept defect surprises on arrival. Neither do we. Our QC process runs three stages — pre-production, in-line during production, and pre-shipment — so defects are caught and corrected before goods are packed and loaded, not discovered at the distribution centre.
Pre-shipment inspection is carried out to AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) as standard. Critical defects are zero tolerance. We can apply retailer-specific AQL levels and inspection criteria on request — including Walmart, Target, and Amazon-specific requirements.
You receive a QC report with defect classification, sample sizes, photographs, and pass/fail results before goods are released for shipment. If a shipment fails inspection, goods are held and corrective action is taken before release — not shipped and disputed later.
