How MAViET handles it
End-to-End Export β We Manage the Full Journey
Most B2B buyers sourcing from Asia deal with the same pain points: unclear freight costs, missing customs documents, FBA non-compliance on arrival, and suppliers who hand off once goods leave the factory gate. We don't operate that way.
From production completion to delivery at your warehouse or FBA fulfilment centre, we coordinate every logistics touchpoint β freight booking, customs clearance documentation, compliance paperwork, and final delivery. You receive a complete document pack with every shipment.
Our 5 US warehouses and 1 Canada warehouse mean we can also offer domestic fulfilment for North American buyers, reducing customs complexity and shortening replenishment cycles for repeat orders.
98.6% On-Time Delivery
Measured across all shipments to 200+ B2B and B2C clients globally. This figure includes sea freight β historically the mode most susceptible to port delays and schedule disruption.
We achieve this through proactive freight booking (not reactive), confirmed vessel slots before production completion, and pre-agreed contingency routing for peak season delays.
Which Incoterm Is Right for Your Order?
Incoterms define where cost and risk transfer from seller to buyer. Choosing the right one depends on your logistics capability, customs experience, and preference for control.
EXW β Ex Works
Experienced importersGoods collected from our factory gate. You or your freight forwarder manages everything from that point β export clearance, freight, insurance, and import customs. Maximum control, maximum responsibility.
FOB β Free on Board
Standard B2BWe handle export clearance and delivery to the origin port. Risk transfers to you when goods are loaded onto the vessel. You arrange and pay for ocean freight, insurance, and import customs. Clean division of responsibility.
CIF β Cost, Insurance & Freight
Simpler for buyersWe pay for freight and insurance to the destination port. Risk transfers at origin port (same as FOB), but you don't need to arrange your own freight β we handle it and include the cost in your quotation.
DDP β Delivered Duty Paid
Hands-off buyersWe handle everything β freight, insurance, and import duties and taxes β all the way to your named destination. You receive cleared, duty-paid goods at your door. Highest total cost, zero logistics complexity for you.
Estimated Freight Transit Times from China

Every Shipment Comes With a Complete Document Pack
Missing or incorrect shipping documentation is one of the most common causes of customs delays, port holds, and additional charges. We prepare all export documentation in-house and have it reviewed before goods are loaded.
For buyers importing to the UK or EU, compliance documentation (CE DoC, REACH, UKCA) is coordinated alongside shipping documents β so everything arrives together, not separately weeks later.

Shipping direct to Amazon FBA requires additional preparation. We handle all of this at factory β not as an afterthought.

π 5 US Warehouses β Domestic Fulfilment
Our US warehouse network enables domestic fulfilment β stock arrives once from China, then ships domestically to your customers, retail buyers, or FBA fulfilment centres without repeated international freight cycles.
π¦ Amazon.com vs Amazon.co.uk β Key Differences
Most fitness equipment imported from Asia currently carries tariffs of 7.5%β25% depending on product HTS code. This is payable by the US importer on arrival and is separate from our product price. We always confirm applicable HTS codes and indicative tariff rates at quotation stage so you can calculate accurate landed costs before committing to an order.
