Experienced importersGoods collected from our factory gate. You or your freight forwarder manages everything from that point — export clearance, freight, insurance, and import customs. Maximum control, maximum responsibility.
FOB — Free on Board
Standard B2BWe handle export clearance and delivery to the origin port. Risk transfers to you when goods are loaded onto the vessel. You arrange and pay for ocean freight, insurance, and import customs. Clean division of responsibility.
CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight
Simpler for buyersWe pay for freight and insurance to the destination port. Risk transfers at origin port (same as FOB), but you don't need to arrange your own freight — we handle it and include the cost in your quotation.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
Hands-off buyersWe handle everything — freight, insurance, and import duties and taxes — all the way to your named destination. You receive cleared, duty-paid goods at your door. Highest total cost, zero logistics complexity for you.

Missing or incorrect shipping documentation is one of the most common causes of customs delays, port holds, and additional charges. We prepare all export documentation in-house and have it reviewed before goods are loaded.
For buyers importing to the UK or EU, compliance documentation (CE DoC, REACH, UKCA) is coordinated alongside shipping documents — so everything arrives together, not separately weeks later.
Shipping direct to Amazon FBA requires additional preparation. We handle all of this at factory — not as an afterthought.
